Objective: convince a talent and his family that their future lies in Neuchâtel

Support : finding accommodation, dealing with administrative formalities, managing children’s schooling and international removals

Context

 

When a major Swiss watchmaker spots talent, it leaves nothing to chance. Recruiting internationally is much more than signing a contract. It’s about convincing. Seducing. Reassuring. Turning opportunity into evidence. And that’s where our agency comes in. A promising French employee, accompanied by his family, was still reluctant to take the plunge and move to Neuchâtel. Our challenge? To extend his interview and company visit with a 100% regional immersion-projection. The aim? To turn his curiosity into certainty.

We imagined a meticulously planned stay, where every detail was important and every moment had its purpose.

  • Meticulous preparation: Initial interview with the candidate to understand their expectations, priorities, and concerns. Creation of a precise schedule in collaboration with the employer.
  • Controlled logistics: booking a suitable hotel for the family, organising transport and buying train tickets.
  • Personalised welcome: we welcomed them on their arrival at Neuchâtel station. We accompanied the family as they took their first steps in Switzerland, paying special attention to each individual.
  • Targeted discovery: customized guided tour of the city, identification of the best areas to live in, lunchtime discussions on the realities of everyday life in Switzerland.
  • Keys to integration: presentation of local habits and customs, answers to all their questions about settling in, education and social life, practical documentation.
  • Strategic support: transporting the candidate to their interview with the company, followed by a final discussion before they leave.
