Context

The Perce-Neige Foundation supports people with disabilities so that they can take their full place in society. Every two years, the Foundation offers a special evening to its employees and entrusts OMT with the organisation. The brief for 2024 can be summed up in two words – musical comedy – but putting it into practice took a lot of work. The idea of getting colleagues on stage quickly emerged. And all the logistics that go with it.

OMG

No fewer than 159 people, across 16 bands, answered the call of the stage. From the initial invitation extended to employees to the performance of Dancing Queen two years later, our quartet had quite the journey to orchestrate.

– Support the various teams throughout the adventure, to make it a memorable one;

– Arranging individual coaching by professional performers – a mission entrusted to Evaprod, a school of musical comedy, theatre, singing and dance;

– Recruiting musicians to accompany them during their performance, while entrusting them with the responsibility of adapting to their rhythm and tonality – a mission handed to Ton sur Ton music school;

– Managing in-house rehearsals on the customer’s premises;

– Organize a number of rehearsals, with and without the musicians, on and off stage;

– Orchestrating the full production ; staging, microphones, lighting, sound, sets and all the hustle and bustle backstage;

– Overseeing the recording and animated PowerPoint presentation, down to the note, during Thriller, Sister Act, Fame, Hair and all the performances.

Add to this the usual table plans, catering, photographers, videographers, hostesses, security staff, etc., each one a contract to manage. At OMT, transparency is key. Everyone involved is officially hired and paid – and commissions? Never on the table.

Finally, the OMT creative touch. Here, three vintage grey Citroën foodtrucks, photobooths, custom uniforms for the hostesses, and so on. It may seem obvious, but aesthetics hold a very special place for us. Whether it’s the table setting, the stage design, the menus or the welcome experience, nothing is left to chance. Yes, perhaps it’s a touch old-fashioned, but it’s resolutely part of our core values.

KPOh!

We could list a number of quantitative KPIs, but as usual, we prefer to put the human element at the centre. So here’s some ‘data’ seen through the prism of our vision of the business.
