Oh my talent: a convention centre as a field of action. But that was the easy part. Post-Covid: juggling regulations, negotiating cancellation contracts (just in case) for each service provider, and keeping the ship steady throughout. And because we love a challenge, 60 hours of intense negotiation with the procurement team to get every single authorisation. Spoiler alert: mission accomplished.
